- The equipment is one stage of high pressure rinsing, the second stage is clean water cleaning (optional heating), the third stage is the strong flow water blowing section (including the interval section), and the fourth stage is the drying section.
- The total length of the equipment is 8.5 meters. According to the diversity of customer bottles, the conventional bottle washing machine needs to be improved in a targeted manner.
- The box body of the hot air drying section of the equipment is used for thermal insulation, and the thermal insulation layer is aluminum silicate, and the thickness of aluminum silicate is 4cm. The temperature of the drying box of the equipment is manually set and automatically controlled according to the needs of the product.
- The side panels can be opened on both sides of the equipment to adjust the angle of the nozzle. The nozzles in the cleaning section of the equipment are 304 stainless steel nozzles, and the pipes are quick-disconnect joints, which are convenient for disassembly without tools.
- The equipment has a visual window, which is convenient for observing the state of the container during the cleaning and drying process.
- The equipment adopts adjustable wear-resistant strips, which does not damage the surface of the container. It can also be adjusted according to the size of the container.
- The cleaning section of the equipment adopts high-pressure spraying on four sides, and each side is equipped with a separate control device to adjust the water flow and water pressure according to the needs.
- The water tank of the equipment is equipped with a filter device to prevent blocking of the spray nozzle.
